This is the must go resort if you have a vacation in Harrison Hot Springs. Very comfortable room nice service great location. Good bar and restaurant in hotel. Of course the amazing mineral springs pools. You can enjoy the indoor smaller hot pool and outdoor hot pool by different temperatures. And also enjoy the warm swimming pool. Imagine taking a cup of coffee with your friend in the outdoor hot pool chatting with a lower volume as you dont want to break the peaceful morning. Definitely I will come back again.

We stayed in the west tower for one night for the lights special. The last time I stayed here I was a child and I dont think the rooms have changed since. Really out dated stains everywhere cut up and replaced pieces of carpet heavy dusty curtains rusted bathtub. Giving overall motel vibes. Definitely not worth the 500 for a night. You really are paying for the springs and the location. Beautiful views and the hot springs are great and well kept. The lobby and first level are all really well maintained and renovated and it makes you question where its gone wrong in the rooms. Its confusing. Spend your time walking the shops exploring go to the local pub relax in the springs and spend as little time as possible in your room. ITS TIME FOR A RENOVATIONEdit the buffet included with the stay was very good

Ive been to this location on multiple occasions and never had a problem I had heard their service had gone down but didnt expect what my wife and I experienced. I can accept the hour long check in line as it was a busy night but getting to our room at 530 and it still wasnt ready. We got in to find that all we had was a fresh set bedding there was no shower curtain no robes and the room was not cleaned aside from the bedding. There was still dirt and lint on the carpets from the previous people. If this is their new standard for operating I would not recommend staying here to anyone. The manager was understanding and offered us some compensation but for the price point the pools dont even make it worth it.

Overall it is a relaxing and romantic experience and the resort has everything needed. Not very luxury the room in the west tower was still a bit oldish but had everything we needed. The spa and the pools were pretty well maintained and big enough with hot water. A bit dirty though inside the outdoor ones.

If I could give a 1 star review I would. I really expected better. I havent been here for years and finally came back for a couple days to celebrate my birthday.First off we got here at 440pm and waited 1 hour just to check in. One lady at the front desk took 5 minutes to check in a family of 3 (yes we timed it.) Then when we finally checked in we get told our room wasnt ready yet because of a long line of people trying to check out from earlier today. So we went to the bar for some food and drinks and again we waited an hour to get a text from the front desk to let us know our room was ready. Our server was telling us this is ridiculous and to be firm with the front desk. When we went to the desk to see if our room was ready we overheard that the facility was booked up and the family with a baby could not check in because of a glitch in the system so now they have to come back tomorrow. Were supposedly getting some sort of compensation but they didnt say how much. When we finally got to our room which was at 8pm there was some sort of stain on the pillow case no robes and no towels. My partner went to the front desk to get towels and robes and turns out they had no robes left and that the laundry was not working properly. This is only our first night here out of 2 and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of quality this hotel has to offer already. With this hotel being one of the best hotels here I expected a lot better. These poor housekeepers are working so hard so that everyone who has been waiting for their room can finally settle in.Please hire more staff and compensate everyone who had to wait in that ridiculous check in line and also having to wait for their rooms.

Wait to check in was one hour. Someone literally passed out while waiting Nothing offered for the hassle. The room was really basic. Beds are ok but Id expect a lot more for 400night. Hallways are so noisy toilets flushing sound like youre in an aircraft and theres no way to quietly shut the door if someone is sleeping. They charge extra for the resort fee and extra for your dog. I love that we can bring our dog but twice now weve been next to neighbours whose dog barked day and night. This time I complained three times. No compensation no apology no follow up. My card stopped working three times during the first day of our stay we had to call maintenance for a broken window lock and clogged sink. I honestly spent more time at the desk on the phone and in line than I did with my family and it was 1100 for two nights for my husband son and I with our dog no food no extras. I used to love this place but dont think Ill return. It feels like they gouge you at every turn and its not even close to worth it.

For the premium price tag per night unfortunately this hotel resort felt short of my expectations. The rooms are spacious but they were old and outdated. Only one elevator on the east tower were working during our stay which means very long waits.Overall nothing too special and the experience is far from luxurious at all. The hot spring pools were nice but they can be packed during peak season.

We were very happy with our stay at the resort more so after we were moved to a better room in the East Tower. I would not recommend the Junior Suite in the Heritage Bldg. The bed was sunk in the middle creaky floorboards heaters and fan would not turn off just old and well used. The staff was great though happy to move us into a better room. I noticed a lot of debris in the bottom of one of the outdoor pools. Not certain how often the pools are cleaned. Also I noticed the steam sauna tile seating was slick. I chose to put a towel down rather than sit directly on the tile seat not knowing if the slickness was due to other folks sweating off lotions and body oils or just normal for a steam sauna. Even though the resort has signs posted for people to shower before entering the pools I didnt see anyone complying nor any staff ensuring rules are followed. There are remote cameras viewing pool activities though. We enjoyed walking through the little village located next to the resort and eating at a few of the restaurants. We highly recommend Base Camp Burgers not only for the excellent food but genuinely friendly staff.
