On June 2923 it was nice to visit a Canadian landmark like Otter Falls. The water was low so it did not have the personality of the image on the 5 dollar Canadian bill. Regardless so many drive right by. The gravel road up the 25 km was not too bad for our Subaru but you might check road conditions at the Otter Falls Cutoff gas bar if you intend to drive a big rig up.

The falls were beautiful. Had to drive 30km on gravel but for the most part the road was well maintained. Have to walk into the trees a little bit to get close to the falls but well worth it.

I have passed this place last summer on the way to Alaska - beautiful rugged. Satellite communications only. Verizon or AT&T is out the window.
